well, you can as long as you ask the air stewardess first whether it would be alright if you used it. but u oughta be careful about using cameras in planes. afterward ppl think ure taking pics for terrorists. heheheh.
Well, not ALL electronic devices. I think just mobile phones and pagers right? Heard those announcements so many times, I remember it by heart. "The seatbelt sign has been switch off. For your safety bla bla bla. All electronic devices except for mobile phone and pager can now be use. Thank you for your co-operation." Something like that. Haha. So stuff like laptop, MP3 players can use la.
