Holiday Part II
Ahah finally~ my trip to Singapore. Well ehem. The day started on 7th December. =)
7th December 2005
Woke up late. Took a glance at my dad. He was staring at the window. Wonder wot he wuz thinking about. He noticed me looking at him. Then he smiled. So I smiled back. Then he went, “Eeeeee!! Belum mandi!! U want a slap, a punch or u want to mandi now?” Hahahaha pulak daaa…..oh well being daddy’s lil girl, I answered, “Emm….can I have a punch?” Then he stood up while rolling a newspaper. Knowing that he was only joking, I quickly ran to the bathroom while laughing. Hahahaha I love my dad. He sure knows how to start my day. Besides he looks so cute when he pouts and also when he asks for my mom in a childish way. Sorta like, “Where’s mami? Mamehhh, I got no money…kakak finished all my money.” *pouts* Heheheh okk enough of my dad….hehehhee

Em after having a quick breakfast….we packed up all our stuff in the car and went to Angsana. We were supposed to meet Jonathan there. Another ex of mine. My first official bf actually. The one I had before him was juz a ‘contract’ relationship. Well u know like, if I do this for u, promise me you’ll be my gf kind thing. Heh. Well he’s currently my best male buddy.
So anyway, we waited for him there for like almost an hour. He was supposed to send my family to the airport since we had to send back uncle Razak’s car back to his place. While waiting, my dad told me that if he’s not here in 10 mins, we’re gonna call a taxi. Aww man, not again! So the whole waiting situation made me worried sick. Made me wondered what ever happened to his skill in driving.
So thankfully 3 mins later, he arrived in a car. When I saw him I went OMG!!! He looks so like a typical Indian guy! With those sorta long curly hair n stuff. He’s not the Jon I used to know. Man u changed A LOT….physically! So then after sending the car back, off we go to the airport. There at d airport, we found out that we were one bag short. N gasp that bag contains all those computer gadgets all of them worth more than a thousand! My bro was so upset that he sat flat on the floor. His newly-bought game was in there too. We didn’t know exactly where the bag was. It cud be in Razak’s car….or mebbe at the hotel? But there wasn’t enuff time for them to go back for the bag so they handed the task to me since I’ll be staying back.
Ugh. Darn. I dislike looking for missing valuable stuff. I mean what if I didn’t find it? I hate bringing back bad news. Huhuhuu….so after saying bye bye Jon and I went searching for the bag. I was hoping that the bag was in Razak’s car so that we wudnt have to go back all the way to the hotel. Unfortunately after searching thru in n out the car…the bag was not to be found.
Jon tried to comfort me but nothing can make me smile until I find the bag. So we had one last choice. The hotel. If the bag is not to be found then…there goes my holiday. Sanggup eh bayar RM8 parking fee just to find the bag at the hotel. Yes, the parking fee for the hotel is damn expensive. So then I dashed to the reception counter, asked for the room key then went into the elevator accompanied by a bell boy of coz.
On the way up, the bell boy asked me what I was looking for. I told him that I was looking for a laptop bag which contains computer stuff. He then told me that he found a laptop bag near the hotel entrance behind a trolley. When he mentioned that u have no idea how relieved I was. I almost scream n jump for joy (hmm…Russell Peters) coz I was so happy. And yeah story cut short, we found the bag after he told me to identify a thing or two inside that bag.
Heh so went went to this mall City Square to have our lunch there before taking off to Singapore. So we get to talk bout a lot of stuff. There I found out that he has a gf. Finally he has a gf. Heh. He wasn’t comfortable telling me bout it tho. I even had to force him to tell me more about her. I admit it. I was a bit jealous. I don’t know why. I no longer have a crush on him…..but why was I jealous? Cud it be becoz he now pays more attention to her? That I wudnt get the same treatment from him as before? I dunno. Heh weird. :P
Um oh we had to use the bus to spore coz his dad urgently needs to use the car. No prob. I like using the bus anyway. :D So then one thing that got me thinking….while walking to the immigration, he suddenly grabbed my hand n held it tight. I looked at him…but he didn’t look back. I was confused but I juz let it be. Mebbe he juz wants to protect me from…sumthin…..I dunno. I don’t wanna think about it anymore. Then um we got into a bus. And once we arrived at Singapore, he escorted me to the taxi. Then there he gave me big warm hug. Erk…I was surprised coz he never hugged me like that before. Huhuhu….T_T

So…um there I was…alone in a Singapore taxi for the very first time. Was feeling a bit scared tho coz it was like my first time alone in a taxi mah. :P But heh I made it to Rozi’s place safe n sound. Was greeted by her mom. Hahaha boy I was so happy that I finally get to use the internet again. Macam org jakun eh. Like never use the internet b4. I miss all my chat mates. Huhuhu. But ah on that day…as I can recall, I didn’t get to go anywhere coz Rozi got back from work at around 10.30pm and her mom wudnt let her go out. Wait, did we watch a movie that nite? I cant remember. Macam ade je….cant remember wot movie tho. So anywayz that’s it for 7th December.
8th December
I spent my time chatting the whole afternoon. Heh I was accompanied, at times, by rozi’s bro who’s a *cough* pervert *cough*. Eheh luckily sumone was online to keep me busy. Well you know who you are. *wink*
Em well I only get to go out at night coz Rozi had to work till evening. Where did we go at night ah? Oh we went to TOYS R US! No wait, I went to Toys R Us while she went to wax her leg. Hahhaha fuiyooo like heaven siot. Cheap cheap ducks! Cheap cheap toys! Mama-miah~! Dun wan to go home~!! >_< style="font-weight: bold;">ducks n a few other toys. Muhuhahaha! There’s even this one huge duck for only $16.90!!! I swear I didn’t want to let go of the duck. I wanna bring it back to Miri. But wad to do..its too big to carry around anyway. =(
After all that we went to Rozi’s um…Uni? College? Not sure wot to call it. :P But yea, coz she had a class till 10pm. So hehe I had to wait for her at the library which was provided for students of the building only. We both then went into the library…n headed straight to the bookracks. She told me to act as if I am one of the students there. Then she left me there…and well I did what I could to avoid being questioned by the librarian. Y’know wot I did? I took a few accounting and management books (the place does not offer engineering courses) and then I sat beside a Chinese fella and asked politely for a pen juz to show the librarian that konon-kononnye I have a few frens around here. Hehe! Lucky thing I brought my dad’s books along so that I can finish it up while waiting for her to finish her course.
After that….we both walked around Orchard road to see all those fascinating Christmas lights. There were lights everywhere! But im not really into all those lighting stuff. I’m more into nature than those man-made decorations. Heh. So we stopped by at Plaza Singapura to get a quick rest. We wanted to watch a movie so badly but we were afraid that her mom wudn’t like it. So instead we took our dinner at Mos Burger. Not bad la the food. Nyaman jugak eh. Hee..then we strolled around the building. Huhuhu the shops there were all so so nice n so so tempting! Huwaaa geram eh when u only have about $150 cash with u. Have to spend it wisely. Sob. After that we balik around 12. Then tido n relax.
Sadly but true..this is the only pic of the lights which turns out to be an okay pic. Imagine if this is considered clear...err....the rest...u know lah. :P Blur2 one. =(
